Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:

• BNPL is available to customers aged 18 or older with a valid ID and a verifiable billing address.

• Approval is subject to a credit check or other verification processes.

How BNPL Works:

• The total purchase amount is divided into equal installments over an agreed period (e.g., weekly or monthly).

• The first installment is due at checkout, with subsequent payments automatically charged to the selected payment method.

• A detailed payment schedule will be provided at the time of purchase.

• Shop Pay Installments: Payments can be split into four interest-free installments using Shop Pay at checkout.

Late Payments & Penalties:

• Payments must be made on time according to the agreed schedule.

• If a payment is missed, a reminder will be sent, and a late fee of €25 may apply.

• If the outstanding balance remains unpaid after 30 days, 7/11 ICE reserves the right to impose a penalty of €2,500 for breach of contract.

• Unpaid accounts may be referred to a collection agency, and additional legal fees may apply.

Refunds & Returns:

• Refunds for purchases made with BNPL are subject to the Refund Policy.

• Any payments already made will be returned to the original payment method.

• Remaining installments will be canceled.

Account Suspension:

• Customers with unpaid balances may have their accounts suspended, limiting access to future BNPL options and other services.
